Problem is most Lenders and Banks advertise interest rates usually based on their cheapest rate which is typically for borrowings under 60%. Unfortunately this is where most people fail due to home valuations dropping or not realising how LVR is calculated. Our promise to you is to educate you so that if their is a better deal available, that can potentially save you thousands in interest we will find it for you. On that note, a word of warning : Beware of unscrupulous Lenders and/or Brokers who knowingly refinance you for their financial benefit without you even realising that you have just incurred LMI (Lenders Mortgage Insurance) yep that's correct the worst I have seen over the years is customer paying $35k in LMI without even knowing it was included let alone what it was.
